Most of us long for relationships in which we are loved and accepted justthe way we are. Our hearts' desire is to give and receive love inrelationships that make us feel that even if others disagree with what we door say, they still love us. They accept us. They appreciate our contributions

　　While it would be wonderful to have these types of relationships with allpeople, we know that that's hard to do. We can, however, have them with someothers, but only when we first have them with ourselves and, ironically, thisis often the hardest relationship of all.
